An edit gives you files. We run the distribution.
You choose the source material, the rights, the brand rules, the excluded topics, the budget and the direction. VELO clips is built to handle the rest end to end: sourcing clippers, assigning work, reviewing every clip against your brief, coordinating publishing, tracking, fraud review, reporting and payouts.
Two different things get sold as the same thing.
Most short-form offers end when a file is delivered. Managed distribution ends when the clip has run on real accounts, been checked, and been accounted for.
- You choose the moments, or brief someone to choose them
- Files come back to you
- You publish them yourself
- Reach is limited to the accounts you already own
- Reporting is whatever the platform dashboards show
- You approve sources, rights, brand rules and exclusions once
- We source and match a vetted clipper cohort
- Clips run on accounts the clippers control and already post from
- Every clip is checked against your brief before it is cleared
- One report at the end of the measurement window
What stays yours.
Nothing on this list moves to us. It is written down before a campaign opens, and it is what every clip gets checked against.
Source material
You name the episodes, uploads or archives that may be used. Nothing outside that list is touched.
Rights
You license the approved material for the campaign window. The licence, and its limits, are yours to set.
Brand rules
Tone, framing, captions, claims, what your name can sit next to. Written into the brief every clipper receives.
Excluded topics
Subjects, guests, segments and formats that are off the table. Exclusions are enforced at review, not suggested.
Budget
You set the campaign budget and the clipper caps. Payout rules are fixed before anyone opts in.
Direction
What the campaign is for, which audience it is aimed at, and what counts as success in the window.
How a campaign runs.
Six steps. You are in the first three; we carry the last three and report back.
You request a pilot
A short conversation about the content, the audience and what you want the window to prove.
We qualify the content and goals
We look at what exists, whether it cuts well for short form, and whether we can do anything useful with it. If we cannot, we say so.
You approve the terms
Sources, rights, brand rules, exclusions, budget, measurement window and success criteria — agreed in writing before anything is produced.
We match a vetted clipper cohort
Clippers are selected for niche fit and account relevance, then given the full brief, the rights, the payout rules, the measurement window and the timeline before they opt in.
Clippers produce and distribute
Clips are cut from the approved material and, where authorized, published through the accounts those clippers control.
We review, track and report
Every clip is reviewed against the brief, activity is checked for suspicious patterns, results are tracked across the window, and payouts are coordinated. You get one report.
The words, and what is behind them.
This market is full of language that means nothing. Here is the check behind each word we use. Where a detail is set per campaign rather than globally, it says so instead of guessing.
A clipper is reviewed on six things before they can be matched to a campaign: the work they have already published, whether the accounts are genuinely theirs and genuinely active, niche fit, turnaround reliability, whether they understand what they are and are not licensed to do, and brand-safety history.
Clips are cut only from material you have approved and licensed for the window. There is no crawling of your back catalogue, and no use of anything outside the approved list.
Your brand rules and excluded topics travel with the brief, and every clip is checked against them before it is cleared to run. A clip that breaks a rule does not get published — it gets returned or rejected, with the reason recorded.
We check for the patterns that give bought distribution away: view counts that do not match engagement, accounts with no history before the campaign, duplicate uploads across accounts, and follower-to-view ratios that do not hold up.
The specific thresholds and the consequence for a flagged clip are set in each campaign brief. This is a review process, not a guarantee, and we will not describe it as fraud-proof.
Reported numbers come from the posts themselves and are reconciled against the clip list before the report is issued. Nothing is reported that we cannot point at.
Payout rules are written into the campaign brief, in full, before any clipper opts in. The payment workflow itself is not live yet, so this site makes no promise about how or when money moves.
There are no case studies, client logos, testimonials or campaign results on this site because there are none yet. What exists is the process above, a founding clipper cohort being assembled now, and the first pilots forming.
If you need proof of past results before you will work with someone, this is the wrong time to talk to us — and we would rather say that than dress up a screenshot.
Request a pilot.
Tell us what the content is and what you want the window to prove. A person reads it and replies, or tells you it is not a fit.
What the conversation covers
- The source material you would authorize, and the rights attached to it
- Brand rules and excluded topics
- The measurement window and what counts as success
- Cohort size and clipper caps
- Budget, and the payout rules that follow from it
- What the final report will contain
Questions clients ask.
If an answer is not settled yet, it says so.
Do I keep the rights to my content?
Yes. You license specific, named material for the campaign window. The licence covers that material and that window, and nothing else of yours is used.
Do you post from my accounts?
No. Clips run on accounts the clippers control and already post from, unless you specifically authorize something different in the brief.
Can I reject a clip?
Yes. Review rights and rejection rules are set in the brief before the campaign opens, so both sides know the standard in advance rather than arguing about it later.
What happens to a clip that breaks my brand rules?
It does not run. Clips are checked against your rules and exclusions before they are cleared, and a rejected clip is recorded with its reason in the report.
Can you guarantee views?
No. Anyone who guarantees short-form performance is either buying it or lying about it. What we commit to is authorized material, vetted clippers, work checked against your brief, and an honest account of what happened.
What does a pilot cost?
Pilots are quoted per campaign once we have seen the content and the goals. There is no public price list.
Are you affiliated with any social platform?
No. VELO clips is independent. No platform sponsors, partners with, or endorses it.
Who is behind this?
